Sitting at a barrel-table outside in winter with some pulled pork from the place next door was a total joy. A flight of craft beer was the perfect ending to a long day. Wavelength have their own brews as well as guest ales and the guy serving deserves a craft ale professorship. I salute you.

Great staff with amazing beer in the center of a nerdgasm. I hate IPAs most of the time when i get one I just identify the malt and the hops and then point out to my friends all the defects in the brew, most of them due to poor brewing practices, they are hiding under the pine-sol taste. I ended up ordering a glass of their hazy IPA to savor once I had sampled EVERY beer on the wall, not a single bad or even mediocre beer in the batch. Even the milk stout was palatable, in fact they brew the only milk stout I have ever enjoyed and I have plans to go back and try it again, half way back across the country. What I love most about these beers is that you can simply ENJOY them, sure its all top notch beer and if you want to challenge your taste buds to identify the barley/malt and the hops and how it was brewed and or what kind of barrel it was aged in you can do that but you wont find yourself having to do that to have a good time as so often happens to me when visiting breweries. The beer has all that beer nerd appeal but its also just GOOD beer that you will want another sip of. The Crown Jewel of the many tasty brews here for me is the Hooded Assassin, an English old ale, dark, smooth and full of flavor and subtle hints packing 10ABV it will put you under the table with no fuss or muss and you will never even suspect it as you take just one more sip to roll across your tongue over and over until you find you need another glass and a crowler and growler full to take home. The prices are amazingly reasonable there wasn't food tho the friends who took me told me there are food trucks occasionally and a group there had ordered pizza. They have numerous souvenir options including keychain bottle decapitators. If you become overwhelmed by the numbers of beers on the wall simply take up the dice and roll it through the tower whatever it chooses you wont have a bad beer in your hand. The only two bad things about this place is that the tasting room is small and that they didn't go into business in my backyard!
