Monument Garcilaso de la Vega

The monument is dedicated to the reformer of Spanish poetry, who was born and raised in the city of Toledo and served in a family of nobles close to the court. Vrga was killed in an assassination attempt on the Emperor Charles V by mistake, when he went on a campaign in Savoy and Provence.
