Things to do in Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv District: The Best City Tours

November 6, 2021 Rebbecca Marino

A youthful, modern metropolis with a diverse population, Tel Aviv dates back only to 1909. Clubs, bars, a thriving arts community, gay life and beaches attract artists, musicians and young professionals to Tel Aviv's more secular scene. Its UNESCO-designated Bauhaus architecture has won the city the moniker "The White City." Walk, drive or catch cabs between the cultural exhibition pavilions of Haaretz Museum, historic Independence Hall Museum, bustling Carmel Market and Old Jaffa's boardwalk.

I've been showing around the city for about 4 years now and I know exactly what path have secret details that will make my tour unique. Also, the tour won't be too long (2h) so you will still have time to enjoy the day, and not too short so you won't miss the essentials. After the tour, you'll feel the unique vibrant atmosphere of south Tel Aviv. As a young man (29 years old) in this young city, I'll make you feel the joy of living in this amazing city, that we call "the bubble"

We loved Avi and Hallelujah tours so much we booked another tour!! This time to Masada and the Dead Sea. We started out at Masada, taking the gondola up. Avi knew a lot about the history of Masada; the architecture of the structure on top which he shared with us in a fun and informative way. We walked down Masada and that was a great adventure too; seeing the beautiful, desert panoramic views. We went to the Dead Sea and had a wonderful time floating and putting on mud. There was shopping there too for Dead Sea products. The weather was amazing and we had another fabulous day in Israel, with Avi and Hallelujah tours. We would definitely recommend Hallelujah tours for all Israel travel adventures!!

Very disorganized and unprofessional. The guide talked mostly about how good he is, how well trained, what a great driver we had, what a great restaurant and gift shop he took us to. Yes, he covered some history, but had lost his credibility with all the BS. Very chaotic at the beginning and the end. Uncomfortable vans. Would not recommend this company.
