We visited for two weeks and met frequently with Nick. We trained as a small group, and he is extremely careful to program to each individual’s needs. The workouts were challenging and fun. I would highly recommend Nick, particularly for a fitness enthusiast. Nick also helped us with local knowledge and to set up surfing lessons. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Thanks, Nick.

We did several classes here while were on vacation and I can't recommend it highly enough. Every class was so healing for both my body and soul. Mariel has such a comforting and calming personality the studio radiates good vibes. She was great about helping me modify positions to get the most out of the class. If you can only do one class try the Hatha! So so so good!

I booked a private class at our vacation rental the day of my wedding. I’m so glad I did, it was very relaxing and a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend Mermaids and Sailors. They were professional, on time and tailored a class perfect for the day.

We had a couples massage and we were both blown away. We both work as chefs so we spend long hours standing up and our whole bodies end up exhausted. We had deep tissue massages and they were amazing!! The massage therapists got so deep we both left perfectly relaxed. Definitely looking forward to comíng back!!

Very nice and warm, beautiful hotel, friendly staff with fantastic view and surrounding. I would say 6 star hotel and hospitality in a level of it's own. Elegant through out. I was looking for the whole day of treatments and got an offer in the Lade-Spa Day Package - three really luxury treatments plus I enjoyed a FREE bottle of champagne - it was my birthday, so it was such a great additional gift from the hotel! (That was really generous of you. Thank you so much!!!) and then I had a delicious lunch prepared by their fantastic chef. Rather, I never give excellent grades because I think there is always room for improvement, but nothing more is required here! Excellent atmosphere and experience. The spa area has an excellent design and a beautiful resting area with an amazing ocean view. It was a wonderful experience, it was worth the admiration during the massages (among them - my favorite Lomi Lomi massage! The lady whose name is Cexni is really extremely gifted and she really knows what she is doing ... You can feel it.) The service was top-notch! It was absolutely lovely. They paid attention to every detail in the spa, restaurant and the grounds are gorgeous. They were also very patient with me. Thank you to all kind employees, management and owners. I will definitely come back there as soon as the next opportunity arrives. Once again, thank you for lovely moments and such wonderful memories... Highly recommended! Pura Vida!
