On holidays from Tasmania after a number of COVID failed attempts, Soul and Skin Spa was to again be the go too place for my wife whilst here. Having been before in 2019, my wife was very keen to return and we booked a couple of treatments before leaving home. Bookings in advance are essential. My wife had 3 treatments whilst here and was joined on one day by her sister and our daughter. Our daughter went back with hubby for a second visit also. I was also convinced to try and had two amazing experiences whilst here.... remedial massages my only previous experiences . Jenny , the owner, and her team of specialists are so professional and knowledgeable in their work and it is an absolute pleasure to give your body to them for 1-2 hours to revitalise and regenerate. Thank you so much to Jenny, Emily , Olivia and Anna-Claire for looking after us all and making us feel so good. My wife reckons after my facial I looked less crusty but still tanned and after the work Emily put in, I understand . This is only 10-12 minutes inland from Peregian and absolutely worth a visit or two. You immediately feel relaxed as you walk up the drive and wait for the treatment to begin. Go and enjoy

My husband and I both booked a massage with Ron yesterday, while here on holidays at Noosa. My massage addressed all my sore points, some I didn’t realise were so tight until Ron loosened them up for me. My husband is a runner, recently struggling with an ITB issue that affects him from hip to knee on his left leg and is causing trouble when driving for long periods too. Ron got right into the area and worked to provide much relief. How do you thank a masseuse as good as Ron. I would like to bottle him and take him home with us. Ron is so knowledgeable about muscles and the body and has lots of tips on inexpensive ideas to address problems ongoing. If you have a problem area or if you just want a relaxation massage, do your body a huge favour and call Ron. Namaste Ron????

Jacinta provides a very welcoming and relaxing environment for a heavenly massage. I felt extremely relaxed afterwards and so glad that I went. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are after a massage!

Yesterday, I visited this beautiful Day Spa for a 2 hour Rebalance Package experience. It was total relaxation, which is what I hoped to achieve. The atmosphere is gorgeous in this spa. The therapist I had, Racquel, talked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what to do and what to expect. Racquel was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with her looking after me. I thoroughly recommend One Spa Noosa. Go and pamper yourself with this amazing experience.
