Had a long 12-hr layover at SFO & I chose to spend it here during my recent trip coming in international flight before boarding my red-eye night flight to NJ. The setting is nice with nice relaxing sofas, good food, drinks, great clean restrooms and a relaxing atmosphere wherein I could also get some work done on my laptop. There are enough charging stations available. The best of all was that it was free; included in the 2 annual passes that I receive each year being a United credit card holder. I would highly recommend this United club lounge at San Francisco.

Had the opportunity to spend an hour in the Club Lounge at SFO before my flight and, as with most United services, I found it spacious, peaceful and very clean. There was a nice little food bar with Soup, Salad, Cheese & Crackers and a large variety of non-alcoholic drinks. They appeared to keep the food bar stocked and the cleaning staff kept everything spic & span! There were also desk agents available, one very pleasant lady who helped me sign up as a volunteer for a later flight, which proved quite beneficial! Another very positive and professional United Airlines service!

I was in this new lounge during a recent international flight. It is newly opened. 22000 square feet on 2 floors. Free sit down dining or an upscale stocked buffet also. Friendly proud staff too. I loved it. Bigger than Chicago and LA, nicely laid out. At the very entrance to the international terminal at SFO. A true treat to get to enjoy.

This Polaris lounge is larger than the one in Newark. I used the shower room and had a delicious sushi lunch. The service staff was extremely nice and they said I could do just about anything I wanted. Plenty of space to relax or work and the food and rinks were excellent.

We've had great service, drinks, and have found a place to sit to work or just relax, anytime of day we've been here. We've enjoyed some specials they've had which were such as special drinks, avocado toasts, etc., at no charge. And we've found the service very good and accommodating.
