This is the former parish church, built in 1720. It was made on the ruins of a wooden chapel of St. Francis. This was probably the first location of Franciscan monastery. After the Homeland war there are only walls and obelisk left. It's located right next to the cemetery.

These stairs start right nexto to remains of St. Nicholas church, near spring Pekinac. Climbing them you will reach the remains of chapel of St. Rocco where there is a great view of the town.

Stained glass windows in the parish church were made by an academic painter Branimir Dorotić. They are representing the patron saint of the city St. Anthony of Padua and the scenes from Jesus' life. It is necessary to announce your visit to the parish priest on the phone number provided. The masses are held on Sundays at 10am and on working days at 6,30pm.

The parish church was built in the 18th century by the Franciscan Order. It suffered great damages throughout the history and how it has been restored.

The original church was built in 1743 in Baroque style, but it was completely destroyed in 1941. Todays church was built in 1972 on the same position, but much smaller and in different shape.
