Our daughter loved skiing last year but for whatever reason had a major wobble this year and didn't get on with the group lessons that we had booked, and refused to go in despite our best efforts. The mind of a 5 year old!! But rather than waste the rest of the week's lessons, the ladies at the ESF desk were really understanding and did everything they could to help ensure that the week ended on a high. So they cancelled the remaining group lessons and put the credit towards a couple of private lessons with Giorgios (it didn't quite cover the cost, but did make it affordable). Giorgios was outstanding! He took a teary, scared girl who didn't want to ski and after 2 lessons we had a happy smiley girl who loved skiing again, had improved massively and earned her Flocon badge. Thank you ESF!
