Bachi was fast to collect money. December 2019, I made a full payment for the Mongolia tour in May 2020. Under the agreement, I can have 100% refund when I cancelled before April 2020. Due to Covid, I need to cancel the tour in March and asked for refund. After numerous emails and empty promises from Bachi, 9 months have passed and U never get my money back. In addition, he is now uncontactable. While I understand that tourism could be worst hit by Covid. The least he could do is to reply me - and if he gives a date - to honour it.

Wow wow wow, this beautiful cottage in the city is a must stay. Not only is the wooden decor warming and beautiful just like the guides but the hostess herself really takes the cake for this one! Undral made our experience so perfect that we are forever in awe of her open arms and big heart. The sanctuary she has created in the hustle and bustle of UB is amazing and impressive. The beautiful common room is inviting and the perfect place to meet other travelers or just talk to the locals that work there. Undral has your best interest at heart always and will go above and beyond to make your experience just what you want. Everything just worked out on this tour i did in nov 2019. Actually mongolian ways was one of the few actually offering during this offseason time of the year. Both guide and driver have proofen excellent organizational, driving, translating skills and made everytjing possible. One night for example was really cold so they spontanipusly organized a warmer place for the next day. A lot was organized according to the situation which gave maximum flexibility. We visited places which are not usually on the tourists list as for example a coal mine. I was never pressured to hurry up or and still everything worked out because the dtiver was so well connected with the locals. And of course... the sights I saw where amazing.

I would like to thank all the selena travel team for the unforgettable trip we made in Mongolia. Everything went above expectations. It was visible the effort and concern of our driver (Taga) and our guide (Zaya) so that everything went smoothly. In a few days I had the feeling of traveling among old friends. The short time we stayed in China was also well enjoyed with excellent car, driver and guide (Dina). Super attentive, friendly staff with excellent knowledge of the attractions. My husband and I spent one amazing week in Mongolia at the beginning of May, all of which were arranged by Tsatsa and her team. We regret that we waited so long to go to that beautiful country, and would do so again. The culture, the food, the scenery were all wonderful. We visited a very friendly nomad family and saw just newborn baby sheep and goats. They were so cute and small. It felt like yesterday. Overall, the beauty of Mongolia is not to be missed. We would highly recommend using Green Clover tour as the tour organizer. Thank you guys for taking great care of us!
