Meadow Lake Provincial Park

Kimball has the best beach. We love camping there! The weather is usually very good. The days are longer in the north. You may even catch the northern lights at night. The interpretive programs get better and better each year.

Danielson Provincial Park

Reviewed By Manoau2002 - Moose Jaw, Canada

I had always gotten the impression that there was little to this park other than a boat dock and a few campsites. I was wrong. Yeah there is no pool or mini golf and the store is quite small. But the trail system and the beach area are both awesome. Due to the weather I didn't spend much time at the beach area but it look awesome. Nice large beach with lots of parking. I spent quite a bit of time walking the trails which were freshly cut and nice and wide. The park was very well maintained-tree branches were cut so paths and roadways were clear. The other thing that amazed me was the sure number of places there were to shore fish. Usually at the prov parks I find you have to look around and finding any spot is difficult.

Good Spirit Lake Provincial Park

Easy short trail to the sand dunes. Kid-friendly. However, when swimming with young kids the main beach area would be best as the main beach area is shallow all the way.
