Sanxenxo (Galician pronunciation: [sanˈʃɛnʃo̝]) is a municipality in Galicia, Spain in the province of Pontevedra. It is situated in the southern part of the O Salnés region. It is bathed by the Atlantic Ocean in the estuaries of Pontevedra and Arousa, which lie in its western areas. The municipality has a population of 17,077 inhabitants (INE 2007).

Take a trip out into the Ria of Pontevedra or Aldan, or into the open sea and visit the Atlantic island of Ons. Also you can visit Cies or Salvora, and even the neighbouring Ria of Arousa, which is home to stunning islets such as Areoso. For Cies, Salvora, or the Ria de Arousa, a full day would be needed. Because of Covid restrictions we are unable to offer mixed groups so in the season of 2021 we will be hiring the boat (half or full days) to the same group only.
