The Modernist Wine Cellar is a building designed by Cèsar Martinell and was constructed in 1921 as the headquarters for the winemaking cooperative "santcugatenca". As part of the Sant Cugat Museum group, it houses a permanent exposition that explains three main principles: the historical context that the cooperative was founded on and built, the elaboration process of the wine, and the evolution of the Martinell project in the past years.
