We loved it so much we did two in one night! Katie’s customer service was amazing, and thank god for China’s help along the way to helping us solve 2 puzzles!!The manager Mike gave us a discount for our second puzzle which was awesome. We will definitely be back!!

We had 4 people, this was gift from friends and we had a marvelous experience! I now understand that all escape rooms are not the same, this place has possibly spoiled me for others because it was just great! It had choices and we wanted something that was Not gory but fun. The Sherlock Holmes one we picked was perfect. It was challenging and intriguing and we worked hard. We made it with only 7 mins to spare. The Concierge was very informative, helpful and professional. I would go to this place again when I am back in the area. I highly recommend them - What a great Christmas gift!

In town with my husband and decided to do an escape room, not our first time doing one but it was one of the best ones. We did the Indiana Jones The Dig and had a blast, it was super big with rooms leading to more rooms and when you thought you were done another door would open. I give this escape room a five star for sure! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had a great experience from the moment we walked through the door. Savanah greeted us as soon as we walked in. The decorations were fun and top notch. Our game masters Becca, Savanah, Liz & Kate were amazing. The escape experience was thrilling, fun and daring. Won't spoil the experience by writing about it but if you had never tried it, give a shot. You won't regret it. Will definitely be back to try one of the escape rooms. Oh yeah, we did escape with just until 2 mins remaining.

We did the Zombie room with Vince as our butler and Katie as our zombie (real names) and they were magnificent!! Even though you want to “kill” Katie in her zombie role- she does an outstanding job and plays her role well!! Vince was a great butler and was very encouraging even though we did lose in the end. I would recommend this to a group who is competitive and works well together!!

We started my brothers bachelor party night here with 7 guys. What a great time! You wear a mask inside but once you are isolated with your group in the room you can remove it. Staff wore their mask at all times. All the issues the previous reviewer left had been addressed. All puzzles worked perfectly for us as did the radio for hints. BYOB is a great idea too. Jordan was working and he did a fantastic job for us and dealt with our antics and craziness. The puzzles were some of the most challenging I have seen at these types of establishments and were a lot of fun. I will be recommending and returning here in the future.
