It was a great help to have a guide who knew how to take pictures. He knew all the best spots and how to get shots in between passerby's.

May met us at our hotel which was quite out of the way. She took us to all the significant sites and provided a very good commentary. Her English was excellent. We rode the ferry to the flower market, and a Tuk tuk to the Grand Palace. We were supposed to have a 8 hour tour but because we were jet lagged we cut it short.

He is a great driver I would not want to drive there!

Definitely not what I was expecting. I booked this thinking it was a proper show with some actual real Muay Thai fights. It started with the compere welcoming the near empty cold hall to an “Evening of our Lives, Thrilling Real Fights” what we really got was 2 short matches by children from local clubs, 10 minutes of 4 guys practicing their boxing techniques on stage with background music not much of a show in my opinion, another 2 short fights with amateurs again from local clubs and then the supposedly main event that lasted all of a couple of minutes as the non Thai opponent did not look as though he knew what he was doing and not surprising the match was stopped by his trainers Overall very disappointing

We had a great tour the first day in Bangkok, with the best tour guide in Bangkok - Vuttikone Ruabruam (aka First). I was with my parents, one of whom can only walk limited distances and First was kind, patient and flexible with locations that may be a little taxing for walking and climbing. His driver was also amazing...always right there when we came out of the location, they provided cold water, etc. All the locations were great and First knew tons of information about all of them because he's such an experienced guide. Next time I would just hire First and have him take us on all the tours...because no one really compared after that. Anyway, I recommend the tour and if you can, request First as your guide.
