I wanted a last minute massage and a lot of other places were booked solid. I searched TripAdvisor and found this location. They were able to work me in last minute. Then, the massage. I like deep tissue and the therapist didn't disappoint. It was honestly the best massage I've had EVER. A great experience all the way around. Warm table, beautiful treatment room, beautiful therapist... that's always a plus.

The best massage that I have ever had. The spa personnel are quick to welcome you and escort you to the appropriate place. Your massage therapist then takes you to the massage room, and discusses any preferences that you may have. Carrie was so professional and incorporated the hot stones extremely well during my 90 minute massage. Thank you Carrie????❤️

We loved The Grand Spa at The Grand America Hotel. At the spa, we felt pampered! The Grand Spa resides in a four-story segment of the hotel. It has a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor and outdoor pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a 17-head shower (which Keith loved). Best of all is the relaxation lounges and attentive and friendly staff.
