I had the pleasure of taking classes with Laurent the week before last and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He intersperses high quality grammar instruction with very funny anecdotes and word play which enhance the learning experience. He also has an excellent command of English idiom and in particular British slang for which he can find the French equivalents, and vice versa. He gently corrects faults, and also lets you know that a word or expression is no longer part of spoken French, is old fashioned, sounds odd, or is stylistically awkward. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Port de Sainte-Maxime

In the heart of Ste Maxime, the port is home to 800 pleasure crafts and around a dozen fishing boats. Stroll on the Leon Condroyer pier, which was completely refurbished in 2013. The Harbour master's office, whose architecture is reminiscent of the silhouette of a ship, has a range of services for recreational boaters.

If you like nice quiet marinas you should really stop at this one. It has a really nice clean charm about it. It has an area you go go up to a second level and get some nice photos as well. There area also some nice murals along some of the walls. There are some cool stores at this marina although I think the one I went into was a bit pricey. This place also has really really nice restrooms to use that are super clean. Just make sure you give the attendant a tip as they work hard to keep it clean!
