My best friend and I had the pleasure of being pampered by two of their excellent massage therapists while staying on Crete. I started with the relaxing body treatment with olive oil and basil rub which exfoliated well and then did a quick rinse in the shower and then had a deep tissue massage. My girlfriend had the deep moisturizing treatment and then deep tissue massage. Her daughter had a massage as well. We thoroughly enjoyed them. They came to the villa we were staying at in Kournas and set up their tables and meditative music on our covered outdoor patio. It was really relaxing and peaceful. The weather was perfect for this and we even got a light misting from the rain storm that passed through at the end. Both of my treatments were great. I would rank it as one of the top few massages I have ever had. The cost was comparable to what we would pay in the US; actually cheaper since they came to us. I highly recommend Relax and Refresh The Cretan Spa if you are near them.

Husband got a fantastic deep full body massage by Manuela. Never experienced such warm, forceful and still gentle hands before - and such a gentle person. She sure knew to find the bad spots and work on releasing the tension. If it was closer to home, I would be a regular customer. My wife was also impressed by the quality and friendliness of her pedicure.
