I emailed this company and within an hour I had a kind response with detailed information. Each and every time I emailed, I had a prompt reply. Last minute I had to cancel the reservation and I emailed from my computer rather than my phone because of the issues with Wi-Fi and unfortunately it did not reach them. They were waiting for me and worried, even kind enough to reach my hotel for my safety. I apologised for miscommunication and they were very understanding. If you want a reliable service back and forth (and more affordable than catching a cab at the airport), this is the company to use. Thank you for your great kind hospitality.
