Clean , new , very friendly+welcoming hosts , close to Taormina, great value for your money. When we came here Salvo welcomed us so very friendly , after this day we were "attracted" to this place like a magnet . So we went almost every day the rest of our stay. Easy busride from centre Taormina, 10 minutes away. All the furniture etc. very new, freshly painted and all just looks very clean and taken care of "with love" by the owners Salvo and his wife. Nice kitchen/menu for lunch/dinner , and tasty fresh Panini's etc. in case you like a small snack (big snack actually). Go there, you will enjoy it ! Don Salvo , we will be back ! Miss it already :-(

I was recently in Taormina for my wedding and heard about Lido La Pigna through a local recommendation. I visited the restaurant on several occasions during my stay, including a “guys night” with friends and family a couple of days before the wedding. The owner Fabrizio and his team of dedicated staff provided excellent service, and worked together almost as a big family. My guests and I felt very welcome and we’re well looked after. The staff even helped take care of one of my guest’s baby, allowing him to relax and enjoy the evening. The food was excellent - fresh, full of flavour and local ingredients. The pizzas and fresh seafood are a “must try”. The restaurant is well located next to the cable car, and the view over the beach and Mediterranean Sea is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place!
