This felt more like a party cruise than a snorkeling tour. That said, the snorkeling we did was wonderful! The reef was out of this world. But in terms of tour operators, this one seems to be more appropriate for the party crowd. All of the boats played music blaring loud....almost seeming to playfully compete with each other. The staff were very kind...always checking in....but overall just not my scene. I would not recommend for families or older travelers.

Went solo to learn kitesurfing and Roberto and his Team went above and beyond my expectation very professional kind and helpful the gear was great and I fell in love with the sport I took 6 hours lesson package and I was able to do transitions at the end !! the location is perfect and kitesurfers paradise I'll go back soon to take advance lessons thank you so much for everything.

This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and we are beyond glad we booked with Majestic. Our driver Antonio made our entire trip so easy and pleasant- he is professional, friendly, very knowledgeable about the island, flexible and was always on time. This felt more like a party cruise than a snorkeling tour. That said, the snorkeling we did was wonderful! The reef was out of this world. But in terms of tour operators, this one seems to be more appropriate for the party crowd. All of the boats played music blaring loud....almost seeming to playfully compete with each other. The staff were very kind...always checking in....but overall just not my scene. I would not recommend for families or older travelers.

I learned about this tour by chance. I was going through my FB travel feed and this woman posted a few pics of her recent trip to Turks. I messaged her for some tips and she gave me Sims number. I sent him a message the a few days before our arrival and he was quick to respond and tailored a tour based on our limited time there. Upon meeting him, my husband and I were very impressed with him. He was very polite & funny. He took us to local beaches & scenic spots. Gave us recommendations on places to eat & the history of the islands, and in between regaled us with personal stories about growing up on the island. Sim is very well connected and at the end of our tour even treated us to some of the best conch fritters I’ve ever had!

Could not recommend this outfit more! We booked an Eco Tour for our family of 10 and had a blast! Jake and crew did an amazing job of preparing us (some of us had never snorkeled before) and making us feel safe while bringing us to beautiful spots. Definitely a high point in our week in T&C!

We had a fantastic experience on the Taste of TCI Food Tour in early February 2020! Fortunately for us, we chose Thursday for our food tour, which coincided with the Thursday night Fish Fry, which was a total blast! Our guide, Shamika, was excellent and expertly handled our very diverse group of visitors! She did a great job setting expectations for what we would do and sample; she stopped along the way to point our places of interest; and, she ensured we were served very promptly at every venue we went to. We sampled different types of rum, watched a fisherman catch 2 conch that would be served to us right at the edge of the water (delicious!), then sat down on the deck to sample fried conch, conch ceviche and conch fritters along with our rum punch. We sampled a variety of organic juices at another venue including a fantastic ginger and sugar cane juice after we watched the juice get extracted right on-site. Fried chicken at Sweet T's was another stop and, despite a huge crowd of local folks waiting in line, Shamika, picked up our order within in 15 minutes. Our last stop was the famous Thursday night Fish Fry and it did not disappoint. The lobster dinner was enormous, the cocktail helped wash it down and the live music helped us work off the calories! This tour was an excellent value for the money!
