December 20, 2021 Jacquiline Delozier

The bohemian allure and fairytale features of Prague make it a perfect destination for beach-weary vacationers who want to immerse themselves in culture. You could devote an entire day to exploring Prazsky hrad (Prague Castle), then refueling over a hearty dinner at a classic Czech tavern. Spend some time wandering the Old Town Square before heading over to gape at The Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock. Prague’s best bars are found in cellars, where historic pubs set the scene for a night of traditional tippling.

Very cool bar for sitting with a glass of wine or to taste one of their homemade cocktails. Relaxed atmosphere in the very heart of Prague. Definitively worth a visit.

Went last week following a recommendation. What a fantastic night we had. It worked out around £45 per person which included food, entertainment and an unlimited supply of beer, wine and soft drinks. The tavern is underground and were shown to our reserved spot which had rustic table and benches. We were encouraged to dance on tables and had our own waitress for the night. No need fo do anything except enjoy ourselves. The entertainment consisted of medieval reenactment, fire eaters, belly dancers and it was fantastic. Audience participation was encouraged and we had a marvelous evening. Highly recommended and well worth the money. Special thanks to the entertainers and especially our waitress Gally who was brilliant.

Letna Beer Garden

A cosy, chilled, relaxed and warm feel engulfs your mind and soul as you sip your beer sitting on the wooden benches of Letna Beer Garden situated on Letna Hill. A short climb up to the hill is worth it once you reach the top and look at the picturesque view of Prague from the hilltop. I spent hours with my family and friends just sipping away on beer and nibbling on french fries and gazing into the twinkling lights of the city. You can actually feel your cares melt away in this alluring beer garden. Must visit.
