Raptor Rescue Plett is a rehabilitation & Awareness Centre for birds of prey. We service the conservation needs of the area by providing a refuge & sanctuary for sick, injured and orphaned birds, and are committed to rehabilitate & release wherever possible. Our aim is to give the public a window into this important conservation work through our daily Guided Tours and Flying Demonstrations. Our tours take place at 10:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm (we are closed on Mondays except during school and public holidays) Visitors and school groups are welcome to join us for one of our Tours whereby some of our non-releasable birds are free flown in their natural surroundings, allowing you an up-close and personal experience with these magnificent creatures. We do not promote any handling of our animals and public access to the centre is restricted to these time allocations.
