Russell's sunset bar is set in the very friendly village of Cape Panwa, just off the Esplanade sea front. There is always a warm welcome from the hosts, Russell and Aresa and their resident cocktail maker. It's a great place to end your evening sitting and relaxing and meeting new and old friends. Always a good atmosphere and quick efficient service. Their toilet facilities are first class ( which can be a rarity in Thailand. )

Awesome bar with amazing staff! The owner is a great guy with loads of information on Thailand and the neighboring countries, and loves to give shots of Fireball. Whether you're with your friends or significant other, you'll find cool people to hang out with every day you go. We went for 2 weeks and met cool people every night and saw more than a few familiar places. It's definitely the local hangout spot. Definitely stop by here on your travels and do yourself a favor!

Lilly’s bar 1 & 2 are a great way to have a few drinks gas bag to other customers listen to music maybe watch some sporting events. They can help you with anything Advice on where to go/visit places to eat Places to shop sights to see And should you have too many will get you home safely :) Staff are wonderful and experts at there games so be warned :) This is a place you can keep coming back to

This is the best bar in Kata by a million miles. The owner, John is a great guy and his staff are amazing. If you do one thing whilst you're there, you MUST have the Australian fillet steak. It's the best steak I've ever tasted. The sunday dinner is amazing too. Also if you want to book any trips then John has a friend who can organise them for you and are very reasonably priced.

What an amazing place. Came here while visiting Thailand in June 2019. Incredible bar and great atmosphere. Staff was really friendly, and the owner Barney was a great host, great personality, had a few drinks with us and really made the evenings entertaining. Drinks were well priced and a great starting point before we hit Iliuzion on Bangla Road. I would highly recommend this bar to try out, there is pool tables, nail in the wood games outside, and you can even choose your own music! Planning on returning to Thailand in September 2021 (Later this year) and cannot wait to get back here! Also, Phuket is great to visit!
