Hydrospeed is a recent recreational sport exercised exclusively in white waters. Experiencing the wilderness of River Vjosa through hydrospeed is designed to be one of the most amazing outdoor adventures offered for the first time in Albania by Albania Rafting Group. Hydrospeed is a low difficulty activity and does not require much strength. You just need to follow the flow of the river and the instructions of the professional guide, who will teach you basic maneuvers to safely go downriver... the rest depends entirely on you! It is recommended for people who have a good relationship with water and is well suited even for the most hesitant, with the supervision of of theprofessional guides.

Permet, the "City of Roses", is known for it's cultural, health and ecological tourism. In ancient times, the area of Permet was known as Trifilia, part of the "Melotid Region" and in the city center there is a rock, which has a legend associated with the city's name. Permet is known throughout Albania for its excellent hospitality and cooking, has 15 churches and 4 mosques. It is worth the trip to see all of the natural beauty that the city offers. Just outside Permet, we will visit the Bridge of Kati, the thermal baths - that have curative effects and the Langarica Canyon. As well as, the Kelcyres Gorge, and a natural fresh water source found along the Gjirokastër-Tepelenë highway. You will also find two hours of free time to explore Permet on your own.

Here you will experience Albania’s true beauty, where you can choose to go rafting through the Osumi canyon or explore all that the canyon has to offer, by hiking through it. The beauty of the Osumi canyon will allow your imagination to flow immersing you in its wonder and splendor. Vjosa River. This river is one of Europe’s last free-flowing rivers, and is classified as a class III rapid. Prepare for waves up to four feet and narrow passages that will send the boat shimmying and water gushing over the sides. Vjosa River’s 270km course is wild and untamed, adorned with beautiful canyons, braided river sections, islands and oxbows.After rafting, we will enjoy lunch with local products followed by a visit to the thermal baths of Benjës. Warm water rushes from underground to these pools year round, providing a relaxing treat. Visit and wine tasting in Çobo Winery.Visit the Castle of Berat. Berat’s Castle dates from the 4th century, though most of the structure is from the 13th.

We shall drive over the mountains to the scenic Drinos valley to see Gjirokastra, the austere stone city perched on the Wide Mountain. One of the most famous mediaeval towns of the region the city dates back to the 3rd century BC. We shall visit the mighty fortress, the old Bazaar and the 300 years old Skenduli house as one of the best representatives of the original architecture of Gjirokastra. We shall visit Benja thermal baths..A stone bridge arcs over a winding stretch of brilliantly blue-green water. Built-in the Middle Ages, it has been letting people cross the sulfur-rich river since the days of the Ottoman Empire. Warm water rushes beneath it, providing a relaxing treat for those who visit. Near the bridge, you’ll find the the Benja Thermal Baths, born from the geothermal waters near Përmet, Albania. The heated water flows down the river unless it gets diverted into one of the several human-made pools. They’re a splendid spot for a hot soak on a crisp, cool day.
