When it comes to outdoor activities, the Peak District National Park is the whole package. Located in the north of England, the park offers everything from horse riding to rock climbing, windsurfing to paragliding, plus walking trails galore. One trail, Derwent Valley Heritage Way, allows you to take in the area’s open landscape while also showcasing its industrial roots. Discovering hidden underground formations at such spots as Titan Cave (the highest natural cavern in the U.K.) is another popular pastime. Best of all, there are camp- and RV sites throughout so guests can settle into these surroundings.

What a great day out. Travelled with a friend on the North Wales/Chester trip in September. From boarding the coach in Manchester to arriving back, we were fed history, myths, legends, jokes and music from our excellent guide Darren. He was so informative, even including history of Manchester and it’s music. The coach was clean and comfortable, the places we visited were stunning. We will definitely use Rabbies again, small group tours an added bonus.

Friendly, gorgeous, and fun: North England’s charms are irresistible. The Vikings loved it so much they decided to settle and shape the culture. Nature enthusiasts found the rolling hills so dazzling they created five national parks here. And pioneers found the fields to be so fertile they established this area as the home of the Industrial Revolution. So, on this tour, you find out what’s so special about the North. You travel to York and learn about an ancient Viking city. You try out Britain’s most famous cakes and cheeses. You venture through the legends of Robin Hood. And you roll over the green and scenic valleys of the Peak District. So, join this tour and explore the best of North England. And maybe by the end of this trip, you’ll have plans to settle here too.

If this is the Rabies Tour it is totally outstanding !! We enjoyed it immensely. Our guide was Dan from Wales. He was excellent. Next year 2022 we plan to book a Rabies Tour for Scotland and we're going to fill our own bus! Can't wait
A day tour to the wonderful stately home of Chatsworth House which for almost 500 years has been the seat of the Duke of Devonshire and the Cavendish family. Set in over 1,000 acres of gorgeous estate and nestled deep inside the Peak District, Chatsworth may be familiar to you from various films and television shows but if the outside looks incredible then the interior is almost unmatched in its sumptuous magnificence full of fine furnishings and Old Masters artwork. In off-peak months all-inclusive audio guides are available in various languages.
Inclusions: Private transportation, Chatsworth House Entry Ticket

Stephen is so knowledgable! This private walking tour was a super experience full of history that the average person would never see or notice. Thank you Stephen!
The self-guided Audio on your own smartphone takes you on the Tour of the Cavern, and you can stop and start as you go along to answer the Rocks Trail quiz. You will see the Underground Wonderland of stalactites and stalagmites, rocks, minerals and fossils, and our beautifully unique Blue John Stone! With an App previously downloaded onto your Smartphone, you follow a marked route through the cavern, with the information delivered to your phone via Bluetooth beacons as you move along. Entry times and online booking limit slots to your group of 6 people (not counting those who are exempt or in your Support bubble), so you effectively have a socially distanced private tour, enabling you to focus on the stunning cave and the audio tour, and the Christmas lights and themes. Amazing caverns with the Blue John to be seen in its raw natural form, as well as the stalagmites and stalactites, audio is very descriptive and gives you a good insight into the caves. Only issue is that you can not go alone.
