Sushi lessons for amateurs and professionals by Japanese chefs in activity. Within two hours, you can learn the basics of sushi (preparation of rice, cutting fish) then maki and finally sushi. At the end of each course the attendants can taste their preparation as if they were at the restaurant !

I will welcome you for a wine tastinng including 6 different wines, white and red, in a cosy and warm setting to discover or review the basics of tasting depending in your knowledge. We will rely on the geo-sensory method: we will work on your senses and learn and review the vocabulary of wine. Beginners as well as advanced are very welcome to participate!
