I was looking for a place where I can send my mom for Mother’s Day and found Reign Spa as No. 1 on Trip Advisor for best Spa in Pampanga. Reign Spa exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond in helping me arrange a surprise for my mom! I live in the States and despite time difference, I was very impressed with how prompt they responded to my messages through FB. They answered all my questions and sent me pictures of the room set up and bouquet that they had arranged for my mom. I purchased the Swedish Massage (my mom is aware of this) and added a mani-pedi, a room set up with bouquet as a surprise for my mom. My mom could not stop raving about her experience! She was so happy and surprised with all the arrangements made! I am very satisfied and highly recommend Reign Spa to everyone looking for a place to get pampered! They have gained my trust and I will definitely send my mom back again for future treatments and I’m hoping to get treatments as well when I visit PI!
