Get out of the yoga studio and come practice a Vinyasa/Hatha flow that’s friendly for all levels of fitness. Moves can be modified for your comfort or for an extra challenge. Prior registration is preferred. Classes are held weather permitting. Just bring a beach towel and a bottle of water.

Fairly new, large, bright, well-maintained Ocean City town recreation facility. Within walking distance of downtown. Range of equipment and free weights, and plenty of them (usually no waiting). Great alternative to the smaller, dark gyms in town. Also has a great lap pool for swimming, with convenient a.m. and p.m. hours, miscellaneous exercise classes (e.g., spin), and summer camp activities for kids. Can purchase memberships by the week ($30), or month, quarter, or year. Good place to keep in shape over vacation, and meet the local fitness-oriented crowd
