We had an excellent experience with Joe e Liz. We really loved their hospitality. They welcomed us in their house, surrounded by vineyards, with a glass of good wine and, above all, with their smiles. The apartment was large clean and well equipped, the night was so quiet.. and the breakfast wonderful! We felt at home during all our stay there and joe and Liz cuddled us and our son.. In the afternoon joe showed us his activity through the vineyards and the cellar and in the evening Liz served us a fabulous dinner! We enjoyed the dinner and the company. We suggest this place to everyone!!! Thank you Liz and Joe Paolo, Barbara e Matteo

Unique thing to do: Joe O’Connell, the actual winemaker, personally conducts the winery visits in English or “en Franglais.” This gives you the opportunity to learn about vine pruning & growth from someone who actually has done the work. You'll listen to the story behind the vineyard while meeting fellow foodies and wine fans. On this tour, you'll discover the wine making process, see the barrel room, and taste the wines. With generous tasting portions you will leave smiling smugly as you think of your friends working back home!

Inclusions: Wine tasting

Exclusions: Gratuities

Unfortunately i have to leave a bad review for this experience. First bad review i have ever written! Based on the great reviews on Tripadvisor , i have booked this experience as a part of my & husbands Wedding Anniversary South of France Road trip - as a highlight of the trip. Before i booked this , i have noticed that the same Person-Bertrand offers multiple tours in same day and some of them even clash .For example ours was at 5pm and supposed to be few hours ,but then there was another one @ 3pm for few hours and also more in the same day. Initially i assumed they will be hosted by different people. Even though all the reviews i saw ,mentioned just Bertrand. So i booked this and later on got a confirmation that this is available and it's booked. That was two weeks before the trip. So day before the actual tour ,i got a message from Bertrand saying that can we change it for the next day because of his "another job" ! I replied that unfortunately it wouldn't be possible because we are in Montpellier just for one night because we are on the road trip! He just said he can't because of the problem with another work. When i explained the situation to him again, he wouldn't respond anymore. I had a look on tripadvisor again(on Viator on also other websites) , and can see there are a lot of tours he offers on the same day ! I have asked this to him-does he just trying to maximise his chances of bookings and then just moving them all to one ?As it looked like that IS his another job .He didn't respond. I tried to call-no answer.I have cancelled just to make sure i get a refund. I do understand that things happen and i would normally accept this as just part of life situation. But seeing that this same person hosts multiple tours in the same time is just ridiculous! Also trying to change it on the day before when we had no chance to rebook it with someone else! And no proper communication or even apology of the cancellation. Maybe i'm the only one who experienced this, i don't know. So yeah ,thanks Bertrand for ruining most important part of our trip!

Stayed near to where La Maison du Rire is and booked Emma Kershaw to do a wine tasting of the Languedoc- Roussillon area. Rather than go to the Maison she came to our holiday home. (Which wasn't too far from where she lived.) We had been recommended Emma by the owner of our holiday property. There were 10 of us and Emma not only brought 8 wines for us to taste but she also brought a tapas dish to compliment each wine and for us to taste. (She used our kitchen to prepare the precooked tapas.) The talk consisted of a discussion on the local area wines but she also showed us tasting techniques and how to shop for wines. Her knowledge of wine was exceptionally high and we had a great time drinking the superb wines (fizzy/whine/rose/red) that she brought along together with eating the fantastic tapas dishes she prepared. The whole tasting took about 4 hours. We learn't alot about the wines (and wine in general) and really really enjoyed the evening. Well done Emma!! We had booked the tasting event on the 11th September 2019

Thank you Olivia for a fantastic day out. We enjoyed the lovely village of Lagrasse and the abbey. We were overwhelmed with the beauty of Fontfroide Abbey. It is the best preserved abbey I have ever visited. Tresor Languedoc tours makes everything enjoyable and easy. Air conditioned car and Olivia was excellent with history / answering my questions.
