Pamplona is a city with a lot of history to tell, magnificent arquitecture, culture and exquisite gastronomy. Pamplona is also host to the world famous bull race that takes place through the streets of the old quarter up to the bull ring. On this experience we will replicate the race step by step and after we would also discover all the best highlights of this city with an expert guide. Pamplona has a medieval fortress called “la cuidadella”. This fortress has some very interesting history that I will share with you while we walk through it’s gardens, surrounded by its enormous walls. A traditional Basque 3 course meal is included in the highly reputed Cafe Iruña.

Spain is widely famous for its wines' high quality, and the cradle of these wines, the land that provides its name to the DO La Rioja, is reachable from Pamplona. Enjoy visiting two wineries (bodegas), have a relaxing walk through the vineyards, learning the wine-making process from the grape harvest to the maturation and finish the experience with a wine tasting in each winery to taste some of the best Rioja wines. Two different wineries will be visited to learn La Rioja´s wine production secrets and methods. Once the winery has been visited 3 wines will be tasted in each winery . Along the day we will also visit a charming medieval village of Laguardia, famous for its walls and the history that its contains and famous all over the world for its underground family owned wineries.

Our Hemingway Tour is a delightful walking tour to discover the Navarran Pyrenees as we follow in the footsteps of Ernest Hemingway. We visit different iconic places in the Navarre Pyrenees where Hemingway spent a lot of time. This tour we will take you through the deep forests of the Baztan valley of the pirinees to the "Infernuko Errota" in Basque, that stands for the windmill from hell. This windmill has some interesting history behind it, that we will share with you on our tour. These forests are also very well known by wild "boletus" mushroom hunters, so supervised wild mushroom picking will be allowed in the autumn months. After the hike we will enjoy a 3 course traditional Basque lunch in the local town of Etxalar. The hike takes approximately 4 hours total plus 30 minutes tour of Etxalar and 45 minute drive from San Sebastian.

On your way, let yourself be carried along the labyrinthine route of this small town of only 300 inhabitants and slowly walk its cobbled streets.
