33 1/3 years! What can I say? It's a record! We chose Rhinestone Wedding Chapel for the Elvis, and the wonderful owner who spent a lot of time helping us plan this over the phone. The chapel is in an old part of Nashville, a few blocks from Broadway, in a lovely old arcade. Elvis (Wess Aaron), was a fantastic officiant for the vows, and Brenda took wonderful photos for us to remember the day. Both of them made us so comfortable, that despite the fact we had no one else there we were with family. Elvis walked my bride down the aisle to "Love me Tender" with much tenderness, not at all playing it up for the "ham factor". It was sensitive and fun. I can't recommend them highly enough!

While attending the show, “Opry Country Classics” I was greatly helped by two wonderful ushers, Inez and Amy T. As many know, the historic Ryman Auditorium has wooden pews for seats. The thin pad I brought didn’t help pad the seating enough due to multiple hip surgeries. After getting up to stand in the back, Inez came over and immediately asked if I needed a softer seat.... then Amy was there in a flash with a padded chair. This was SO appreciated! It allowed me to be comfortable and I felt very welcomed. Inez also checked to see if I wanted my husband in handicapped seating with me as well. Not only was the seat far more comfortable, the bonus was a great view of the stage without having to shift around for better visibility on the pews with tight seating. The show was very entertaining and it was nice to be able to fully enjoy it. For those with any seating limitations or mobility issues, I would recommend asking for handicapped seating at Ryman. Amy also shared that there are several balcony rows with padded chairs if that alone would help with comfort. Thank you again, Inez and Amy T! And....Inez, to me, you are a Ryman icon with your many years of welcoming guests there with your beautiful hospitality!

Due to Covid-19 most everyone was masked and practiced social distancing as much as one can in a huge draw tourist place. I loved this as compared to Beale Street in Memphis. More country music, less soul. All interactions with locals were friendly. Lots of young wannabes around.If we were young again and back in our drinking days this would have been even better.

Made with the same Patience, Artistic Excellence and knowledge about the the then History and Cultural expertise, Parthenon is a treat to Watch and adds to the many Attractions to the Beutiful City Of Nashville.A very Green, Calm and Picturesque Location at Centennial Park the Parthenon houses the Greek Goddess Of Victory and other Replicas Of Ancient Greek times. It also houses a good Sovenighr Shop.

This mural is just one of the very many located around the city but what makes it different is that you can interact with it. It was painted byKelsey Montague, is one of a series and consists of beautifully executed wings, large wings. By standing in a certain position you can appear to have those wings. Located in the Gulch district, it is easy to find and a quick walk from many of the pubs and restaurants. Definitely worth a stop for people of all ages.

Visited before devouring the attractions, then passed through again to review what they had to offer, then finally, had comfortable seating, peace and quiet after all the hoopla! A nice touchstone while regaining energy and composure!
