We had gone here twice in our 3 day stay to enjoy and experience beautiful view and food.We went for evening tea on one day and dinner the other night .The feel of the hotel is very tranquil and gorgeous .The staff was very friendly and welcoming . We enjoyed some really good Kerala food prepared by the chef and he was personally coming and asking us if all was good. We had a evening with a breath taking view,good food ,no small kids shouting and running around and great service . Highly recommend it .Next time I will consider to stay here.

The centre was bustling with activity and customers coming and going, indicating brisk business. We were immediately given a welcome drink upon arrival. My treatment room had a bathroom and a steam-bath enclosure all inside, providing complete privacy. I did not need to change rooms or leave to go to the bathroom when I enjoyed different services. The treatment table was surprisingly clean and they used a disposable sheet for the table and I was given disposable bra and panties to wear throughout. The masseuse did an excellent job with my aroma-therapeutic massage, starting with the hair-pulling and the sprinkling of hot oil on the back. She also waited in the room with me as I wound down with a steam bath after the massage. This is good so that there is no anxiety of being left trapped in the wooden enclosure alone. Very much appreciated the thoughtfulness of the centre in this regard. My travelling companion, who did not want a massage, was able to rest comfortably at the sitting area and was offered drinks and given a wifi password to surf while waiting for me. All together a very enjoyable experience. I felt totally relaxed after the treatment. Thank you!
