Our family has been using Klassic Limousine for the past 5 years and we are absolutely delighted with the service that we have received over the years. The drivers have always gone above and beyond to meet our family’s needs, especially at times when we’ve traveled with our sick infant. The Hop is convenient for visitors to get around the Downtown area and see the attractions. You can go to places like the Lakefront, City Hall, Cathedral Park, Public Market and the Third Ward. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on and near the route. The streetcar is clean, the riders all seem to like it, and it’s free.

You need reservations for this ferry, which we had. The Milwaukee terminal is super-easy to find, well marked on I-794 coming in. After checking in you park and can use the terminal for a snack or restroom before boarding is called. The driver is the only one in the car for loading; any other passengers walk on. The boarding process went quickly with lots of people directing the vehicles. The seating area was quite clean with plenty of space even though the car deck was completely full. We had a great day with very smooth water and a nice ride. Once you leave Milwaukee there isn't much to see for 2 hours, so many of us had a snooze. There is a café on board which many passengers used. A great way to avoid driving through or around Chicago!
