My son and I attended the Goan seafood class last Saturday, It was outstanding in every way. Ayesha has a charming outgoing personality. She made this feast from scratch in her kitchen with an overhead cam so everyone could see her cooking on a large screen. She used the best, authentic ingredients. They are primarily sourced from India. Our group was 8 people. We ate at an outside table under a tiki hut. You can see the table settings in my photo. All the dishes were excellent but my favorite was Sheera, a dessert made from semolina flour. It had a unique flavor. I could have easily eaten the entire bowl of dessert as it was that good. A common complaint from friends is that Indian food is too spicy. This Goan seafood luncheon was not at all spicy. I highly recommend Ayesha’s Kitchen for a superb culinary experience in Miami.
