We had an excellent experience and so much fun. Sid checked in and helped with reservation changes. Very efficient and helpful. Fernando and Laury took time to train our newbies and took great care of our party of 8. They both made the tour so much fun. They talked about the city highlights and answered all of our questions. This was the most fun Segway tour I have taken. We would have scheduled another one if we had more time. I highly recommend Bike and Roll!!

Our party of 4 walked into the shop to find operator giving instruction to the individual that would be our fifth person on the half hour tour. He was also trying to calm down and control a very drunk or high man in the shop who seemed to be trying to help. The operator had to continually tell him to calm down. Luckily the four people in our party taken seaway tours in numerous cities all around the world. I couldn’t wait to get away from the drunk/high man in the shop. MUCH to my dismay the drunk/high man was our tour guide. Shame on the operator for sending us out with him and shame on me for going. Not only was it not safe to go with him but he gave us worst tour we have ever been on.
