We had an excellent experience and so much fun. Sid checked in and helped with reservation changes. Very efficient and helpful. Fernando and Laury took time to train our newbies and took great care of our party of 8. They both made the tour so much fun. They talked about the city highlights and answered all of our questions. This was the most fun Segway tour I have taken. We would have scheduled another one if we had more time. I highly recommend Bike and Roll!!

Was visiting my newly found sister, who happens to work for Gatorpark. Her name is Susan Greenburg. She set up a wonderful sunset airboat ride into the Everglades. Our driver Kennasaw was a seasoned veteran at the controls. My grandchildren loved the ride, made memories to last a lifetime. Stopped at an old house in the Park which was used by President Eisenhower. This Park is well worth the trip if in the Miami area.

John’s forte is the Everglades (wow, what an amazing day!), but we added an excursion to the Keys, thinking “we’re here, when else will we get to go?” and it was great fun, too. It’s quite a ways to go and back without staying over, but John paced the long day just right and mixed in nature, history and even a fine lunch. He knows where to find the tiny Key deer which roam the lawns of hidden neighborhoods as well as which back streets to meander for the quaintest houses. The cemetery is not to be missed. Totally recommended!

This trip was very good organized. I booked it about 3 weeks before the tour, and next day Fabio already confirmed everything. I booked several tours during my this vacation and some tour operators never confirmed. I understand that during pandemic a lot of tour were canceled, but why you still sell them. Who wants during vacation spend time to communicate and wait for refund. These guys were great: everything on time. Pick up and drop off as promissed. Clean bus. Guide Tamara was very nice and knowledgeable. Driver ( Sorry, I don't remember your name) did a great job. I can't imagine to drive such a distance by myself. I chose trolley tour in Key West: I just wanted to see the town. I didn't need any water activity (I could do it in Miami beach). Trolley tour was amazing. Tips: take about $100 cash p/person with you because they sell activities before you come to Key West, price is cheaper, but they accept cash. You don't want spend time looking for ATM (you need every 5 min in this charming town) and pay fee (even couple dollars) because they have just a few banks there. It's better to stay overnight (hotels are very expensive, but you are so exhausted on your way home) to get felling of real relaxation from this wonderful small town. And 6 hours are not enough if you want to see more: museums, lovely streets, cozy restaurants. I'll definitely come back for a couple of days next time. Even if you book 2 one ways tours, it'll be cheaper than fly to Key West from Miami...:) Price of this tour is great! And it's so amazing to go by bus on all these bridges, but to do it in one day is very difficult. It's for young people only :)

Had a great time visiting Wynwood , thanks to my amazing guide Annifreed Sinjour! Though due to the quarantine some brewerys and parts of Wynwood were closed, she quickly navigated the tour to other hot spots to ensure I still enjoyed my time. Arrive hungry! Loved our guide, Robyn, who has personal history with both Jewish history there and Cuban history in Little Havana. She couldn't possibly be more enthusiastic and knew all the artisans . She took us to so many niches of Little Havana I would not even know existed. Had we just walked around without her tour, we would not know the extent of this preserved cultural glimpse to the history of the people. To get authentic Cuban cuisine like that was awesome. Definitely recommend!. Delicious foods and deserts.! Tour could not have been better. The small group was perfect.
