Christian was very knowledgeable and a wonderful guide! Each of the markets were different and enjoyable. However, my favorite was the first market, which is where the local's shop! Then you get the added experience of enjoying an authentic Mexican breakfast. Christian walks you through the menu in detail and explains each of the drinks and dishes. Then once you can't decide what to try he makes the best recommendations to ensure that you get to try each of the different types. Be sure to come hungry! On the walk to the next market, we also got to try some Mexican candy...yummy! I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide Roman who I had on my first tour is very knowledgable, personable and really makes your day. Would not hesitate to do this yet again when we come back, as well as catch some of the other tours from this company we didn't have time for.

We even were able to go into a local community and tour a home while enjoying fresh tortillas! The people are so welcoming and kind. Lunch from a local restaurant was provided. The tour took about 5 hours from pick up at hotel to drop off at hotel. Taken in a comfortable a/c van. We highly recommend this tour!!

I contacted Ricardo ahead of our visit to Morelia. It was extremely easy to book a walking tour of the city that suited our needs. Ricardo picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the outskirts of the old center. From there, we walked through the city. Rodrigo built our experience around Morelia’s historical landmarks. He spent time providing us a very thorough historical background of Morelia. His expert knowledge of the conquest of Mexico by Spain and the Catholic Church helped put in perpective how Morelia has developed into the urban center it is today. Rodrigo also took us to a phenomenal artisans center. As we parted ways, he was kind enough to walk with us to a very nice restaurant he recommended for lunch. He also shared with us the names of a few places to shop on our own. It was a phenomenal tour! Morelia is a wonderful city. Rodrigo’s prices are extremely competitive. I can’t recommend Yei Tours enough!

A great guide always contributes to a great tour experience, and this was the case here. Diego was charming, knowledgeable, fun and professional. He conveyed the essence of the art, history, geography and the soul of Guanajuato. This is precisely what we were looking forward to. Guanajuato is a special and charm filled experience not to be missed. It's so distinctly dissimilar to San Miguel de Allende and that was a fun surprise. Spend your money intelligently on good guides, this is a good one.
