Things to do in Majorca, Balearic Islands: The Best Wineries & Vineyards

January 23, 2022 Mikaela Didonna

The dreamy island that provided inspiration to Chopin and Miró now has a reputation as a spring break beach destination. Don't worry, though, if you're vacationing over elementary school spring break-- there's plenty for the younger crowd. Marineland's dolphin and sea lion shows and children's beach attract families. And if you have a Thomas-obsessed toddler, the antique train that travels between Palma and Soller is a must-see.

Vins Nadal

To visit Vins Nadal is to know one of the first and most important Wine Houses in Binissalem. This family-owned winery philosophy is based on three main areas: indigenous grape varieties, sustainable agriculture and preservation of culture and traditions. Come to meet us and make yourself at home.

For our dad's 60th birthday, he was gifted a trip to Barcelona and my sisters and brothers and I wanted to add on a special experience for him and our mom during their stay there and organize a winery tour and tasting for him. I researched some local wineries online and contacted them via email. Elena from Vins Nadal was very quick in responding and so extremely helpful in setting up everything for their visit. She answered all of our questions immediately, and even offered to make a dinner reservation in a nearby restaurant for them to enjoy after the tour. Our parents enjoyed their time at the winery a lot and were raving about their experience afterwards. Elena even dropped me an email after they had left the place to tell me everything had gone well. Just amazing customer service that goes above and beyond what you would expect! Thanks for making this a memorable stay for our parents!
