best roscón ever. no doubt about it. I'm a guirri, but i know, I have lived here more than thirty years. Roscónes are a wonderful Christmas treat, somewhere between a sweet bread, a brioche, and a regular bun. Doneness must be just so....Toppings should be just so...a special scent that reminds you of Spain and Christmas.... My search for the perfect roscón is over!
