This statue is situated in a small square by the town center. The Duchess Charlotte was very much loved by the people, as she helped people during the war. This was officially opened in April 1990.

In center of city, on the "salon of Place d'Armes", Dicks -Lentz Monument erected in 1903 and pay hommage to our national poets Dicks and Lentz; this square is and was every time a prefered meeting place for young people; from here turn into the Grand'rue, rue Chimay and boulevard Roosevelt. This Monument is very appreciated by locals who loves this poets.

On Place de la Constitution to admire the golden lady of Luxembourg, and represent the Monument of Souvenir"( Remembrance Monument, known as Golden Lady and was errected in honour of the Luxembourgish volunteers who fell while figghting alongside the allied forces in the first world war ; 1940 the autorities of the occupation decided to tear this statue down and then the golden lady disappears for many years and was find again in year 1984 and was restored to her rightful place

Nice monument that is in excellent condition. As with many of the statutes and monuments in Luxembourg the area around the monuments are also well maintained and attractive.
