Elena was an amazing tour guide. She is very knowledgeable and super nice. I had very limited time in Florence. But with her help, I had such a blast and definitely made the most of my trip. I can't recommend enough Elena and her tour to people who visit Florence, especially for those who are in Florence for the first time.

I walked straight from plane to exit - but driver didnt wait for me. I was not late! They were unable to offer a later shuttle. Told to get a cab.. disgusting service. Have not offered a refund and after no response from Expedia. I am now trying to dispute this via my credit card company.

Music and Giacomo Puccini are two points of reference tied to history and harmony. To acquaint oneself with Lucca, they can also be perceived as two of the fundamental elements generated by a territory rich in history, culture, and tradition. Visitors will be surprised to discover how many other artists have left mementos of their passage through Lucca and how many major events have been held here, to present day. Past musicians like Boccherini, Paganini and contemporary ones like Chet Baker and The Rolling Stones, to name a few, have all been protagonists in Lucca’s still vibrant musical journey. Our guided tour consists of a pleasant stroll through town, accompanied by excerpts of the artists’ most significant and famous compositions. So, in addition to getting to know the history of Lucca, it will be possible to become acquainted with the musicians, hear anecdotes about their lives and the places in town connected to them, including the Puccini Museum and the Teatro del Giglio.

Fascinating tour, led by Carlo. Carlo is very knowledgeable about WWII but was also able to explain the big strategies and local involvement in a way that was interesting and engaging. We spent quite a bit of time in the small museum, learning about the Gothic Line and some of the local individuals that participated in the war activities. Then we headed out to two nearby bunkers. He led us through the bunkers so that we could understand their purpose, construction, and impact.

The day was good however a couple of constructive feedback points for you 1) when I first looked at the trip the meeting point was at the end of the road the hotel was on, however your e-ticket and website made us go to the main bus station 20 mins tram ride away and the tour guide commented as I hadn’t checked in a Julian’s Bar, as everyone else had. 2) the second point is to do with the final leg of the trip in Siena, when it was pouring with rain and we were about to head back to the bus and the tour guides boss had come up with another great idea for the small cost of €3 everyone could get the trenino back to the bus, half the clients didn’t want to do this and we were made to stand in the rain getting wet whilst the main tour guide waited for the trenino to arrive before the walkers were allowed to set off on foot back to the bus. Had I not stepped up and asked for the walkers to be allowed to walk with a guide without waiting, we would of been soaked!

My husband and I attended a wedding in Tuscany and had a free day to ourselves before traveling to the coast so I wanted to tour a vineyard. I scheduled the vineyard tour myself but needed transportation so I called Book Tuscany Experience to see if they could assist. Boy, did they meet my expectations! Natasha wrote me right back and said she could provide me with a personal driver and also have him take me to a quaint village and other vineyard to complete the day. Our driver, Giovanni, picked us up as promised and not only drove us to our destinations but shared all his local knowledge and personality! Simply the BEST! We couldn't have asked for a better day, he even took photos of us along the countryside! We were so happy with their service we used them to get us to the train station the following day. Excellent service, fair prices and quality employees! Thank you Thank you!!

Did this tour in the summer of 2019 (not 2020) with our extended family, led by Luca and Chiara. It was such a fun and memorable experience. The bikes were in great condition. The guides were so helpful and informative and the treats we stopped to enjoy were fabulous. We also did their Pisa tour with them too, to make it a very full day. We loved every minute. Thanks Luca and Chiara and we wish you great success with your new company. Can't wait to return to Tuscany!
