Everything worked as expected, pick-up was on time and the views were great. The bamboo raft cruise part is not very long, but it covers the best part of the Li river landscape, so I would definitely recommend it if you are short of time.

3. Three Days Car Rental with English Driver in Guilin, Yangshuo and Longsheng
This is a 3 days car rental service with English driver. It includes a 6-8 hours service per day within a mile coverage of 80km. Tour suggestions: Day 1: Pick up from airport. Head to Guilin city and enjoy a city tour including elephant Trunk Hill, Reed Flute Cave, Fobo Hill, and or Four Lakes and Two Rivers. Day 2: One day tour to Longji Rice Terraces Fields. Back to Guilin and stay overnight there. Day 3: Transfer to Mopanshan Pier for cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo – the famous Li River Cruise. We had very nice days with Andy. We had a big delay due to thunderstorm in Shanghai. Andy was very spontaneous and changed our plans so we could still enjoy and see everything what was important for us. He knows a lot of nice places and routes without too many people. He suggested us nice and friendly hotels. He knows al lot about this region and Chinese history but he isn’t talking frequently. What we really enjoyed :) We can really recommend doing this tour with him!

This was our second time to Yunnan province and our first time to Dali and this tour made us fall in love with Dali! We were staying in kunming for a 3 day weekend and decided to go to Dali for the day, this tour gives you all it promises and more. It was very easy to book and communicate with the company via WeChat. Even though it was a holiday and we only gave them a few hours notice (not to mention the middle of a pandemic) they arranged everything quickly and hassle free. Everything from that day (from leaving our hotel room in the morning to returning to our hotel at night) was extremely simple thanks to the tour company. Our tour guide, Linda, was the best tour guide we have ever had! She helped us with everything and showed us the real Dali, her English is extremely good so make sure you ask for Linda if you go! Even though we already did this trip, we would definitely do it again without hesitation! Also the lunch is absolutely out of this world, make sure you choose the traditional Dali Chinese food option it is so good and let's you taste real traditional local food.

Got in rather late to the airport with an arrival from Beijing. It was nice to see someone waiting for me with the sign with my name on it. The young driver was polite and friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend! I had to change the date and time and the coordinator was very flexible. He contacted me via WeChat, so very easy to communicate.

I had this tour on January 8th, 2020. During the middle of the winter, where Zhangjiajie is liable to have foggy rainy weather - which does not lend itself well to the beautiful photos many people post of summer time in the park. With that being said, I had a truly wonderful time. My guide spoke good English for a non-native speaker. I could hold a conversation with him and he was very knowledgable about details of the park (ie: when it opened, types of rocks within the formations, info on the ethnic minorities in the park, etc). He was very kind and did his best to keep me dry despite me having a raincoat. He also had a good eye for where to take photos and how to take them! The tour was not walking intensive, utilizing the intrapark bus service often. This was simultaneously nice and disappointing for a young guy like me who likes to hike but was also two weeks into a cross China trek. After the tour he showed me where to eat, as I had worked up an appetite. And after eating he escorted me to my hotel via a taxi which was paid for by him. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Get up early and get to the park especially during busy seasons. I think two people plus the guide is an ideal number of people ($115 each). Keep in mind this does NOT include the glass bridge which, frankly, I thought was overrated.
