But for everyone, a visit to this floating hotel and museum is a must on any trip to Long Beach. At one time a less-than-appealing place to visit, Long Beach has transformed itself into an upscale tourist resort, with many waterfront attractions, including a new, state-of-the-art aquarium with a fabulous shark exhibit, two excellent art museums, charming shops, public golf courses, the annual April Grand Prix international auto race and lots of recreational activities along its eight-mile stretch of beach. Take the kids to the waterfront entertainment complex with rides and live performances or to the farming demonstrations at Rancho Los Alamitos. Feeling romantic? Cruise the canals of Naples (that's right, Naples Island in Long Beach) in a genuine Venetian gondola. One thing is for sure: tensions and stresses dissolve in this laid-back, friendly city.

My dear friend took me to Feline Good Social Club.. I couldn't have been happier. Feline Social Club is a no-stress, fun place for the kitties to romp and be treated like the royalty that they are, while waiting to be adopted. It is in an atmosphere that encourages kitties to show their true personalities. Feline Good Social Club is the ideal place to meet and greet kitties, and maybe fall in love with one or two, and decide to give them permanent home. The lounge is clean and beautiful, and the people there are friendly and patient. This place is upbeat and inviting and comfortable. It is fabulous just hanging out and petting kitties!!! You might even get ideas for your own home decor, seeing the the unique cat trees and shelves. It is a wonderfully invigorating experience just being there. As an aside, because I am writing this during Covid-19 times, please go and support them, if you can. They are doing a noble thing by keeping kitties safe and happy while waiting to be adopted. They are saving kitty lives. Please help good people do good things!
