Hello, we are St Grwst Church. Born in the early 15th Century and located in the heart of Wales in the tranquil town of Llanrwst. Our walls have seen 550 years of rich history and religion and are the home to many a story, legend and myth. Come visit us and lose yourself in our stories, beautiful architecture and breathtaking surroundings. A successful bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund is re-energising the church, conserving its fabric, connecting stories to the community; It will put the church back at the heart of the town and valley and create a cultural centre of excellence for the area and its people. We are currently closed to visitors but will reopen at Easter 2020.

We were admiring the exterior of this fabulous building when we happened across a chap who offered to let us look at the interior, it is fabulous with a working organ and all the pews still in place. The chapel is open at certain times and they have organ recitals as well... go along and visit, it is unusual to see a chapel like this so intact.
