This place is not only a great place to meet and have beer But they are really cool. We had a large group come ( about 40) the place is not large enough for this many But they have outdoor seating. It was a beautiful day so this worked. It was a party and they let us bring some appetizers ( cold finger foods) and non alcohol drinks ( cans or plastic- no glass) we set this up outside - then we had people purchasing their beers too ( important to note because it is a business and they need to make money too) I am sure they made plenty of sales that day And they made it so that we could accommodate all those attending. They have an amazing selection of beers- they offer a taste if you are unsure , they have flights and pints and they are all just about the nicest and friendliest people- There is music outside sometimes and it it nestled in a little courtyard I just cannot say enough about this place. A MUST try in Livermore.

The Cave Downtown is relaxing, has an awesome selection of cigars, the seating is extremely comfy, the ventilation is amazing, as I don't smoke and I go with my husband, the decor is inviting, it makes you feel like you're in someones nice home. Dave Lang (the Manager) is very nice, friendly and fun to visit with not to mention he knows his cigars. Made a recommendation of which we were extremely satisfied. We highly recommend The Cave.
