Had a great private lesson on 14th Jan. Am am an intermediate having done 5 weeks skiing. I learnt loads and my sking has significantly improved. I only wish I had had a lesson earlier. In other resorts I have had mixed experience with esf ski school. Would definitely recommend prosniege and private lessons.

I have used Whitestorm for my last three trips to the 3 Valleys and their service has been fantastic. Ski higher were fantastic - they initially brought the pre-ordered skis / boots to the chalet and replaced mine when they weren't quite the right size. the equipment was excellent quality. i used my own insoles from a pair of my old boots and then unfortunalty left them in the boots when i returned them. Christian kindly sent them to me in the post all the way to Angleterre!

This company came very highly recommended to us by friends. We had our skis and boots delivered to our chalet and were fitted in the chalet living room next to the comfort of the fire. What an experience. The service and knowledge provided by Ross was exceptional. What is usually the most stressful part of the holiday was made pleasurable. Will definitely return. After a career as ski instructors, 9 years ago, we opened a ski rental shop "3Vallées ski -location" in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, 30 m away. We take the time to welcome customers, find the equipment that suits them, and we offer free babysitting of their equipment in the evening !!!!!!! They leave "light feet" after a good day!

Thank you to Prosneige, Les Menuires for providing an excellent introduction to skiing. I had snowboarded in the past but was a ski novice. I took two 3 hour private lessons from Stefan and Federico who are both top class instructors. They listened to my goals and tailored their exercises, giving clear practical feedback on how exactly to adjust my position to ski safely and cleanly, getting the basics right and leaving me with great confidence to progress further in my own time. In addition, the Prosneige ski technician, Marc, understood and explained the cause of pain I felt in one of my feet. He recommended the solution while explaining why it would work. It made sense in theory so I went with and am so pleased I did. A fitted insole and some adjustments to the angle of the footplate in the boot resulted in a comfortable fit with no more pain. This along with the excellent instruction and great company made for the perfect introduction to skiing which I will certainly take forward. I highly recommended the Prosneige, Les Menuires team. Merci!

Great service, great skis and a great price. I will use them again without hesitation. Completely hassle free. The White Storm team dropped the skis off to our chalet shortly after we arrived and then all we had to do was leave the skis in our locker after our last day skiing - so easy! The skis were of high quality, in great condition and ideal for the conditions of the week.
