Explore temples of Baalbeck, which makes up the largest and best preserved corpus of roman architecture left around. The acropolis occupies the top of an artificial hill built up of different layers of habitation. Discover Anjar's city that was built in the early 8th century A.D. Inside the city’s strong fortifications are the remains of streets, three palaces, souks, two hammams and a Mosque. I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking classes I had with Robin. They were a lockdown birthday present from my Husband. Fantastic gift idea! Robin was very kind, pleasant, and extremely flexible! I am pregnant and cannot stay on my feet for very long. Robin was kind enough to split the cooking class in two separate lessons. The food was excellent and my husband and I had a lot of fun learning about Lebanon and the country's culinary delights! I highly recommend this experience!

Sidon is of immense antiquity, but few remains of the ancient city have survived the ravages of time and man. Tyre is an ancient Phoenician city and the legendary birthplace of Europa and Dido (Elissa). Today it is the fourth largest city in Lebanon[4] and houses one of the nation's major ports. Maghdouché's most famous landmark is the tower of Our Lady of Mantara, which is a Marian shrine built (May 16, 1963), above the cave that is believed to have been the resting place of the Virgin Mary as she waited for Jesus while he preached in Sidon.

A friend invited us over to celebrate his birthday in Beirut. We did, but, importantly, he also organised a tour of Lebanon’s historic sites including many quarters of Beirut. George made this all possible. He is an excellant guide, the best we ever had. He knows everything, about history, archeology, today’s political situation, etc. Very difficult to ask a question he doesn’t know the answer to. He explains everything in so much detail and passion for his country, and, not only occasionally, humour. He also took us to wonderful places to eat on the way, getting us in touch with local flavours. We also did the “Sunday walk”. Strongly recommended ! Many thanks again, George. C+C

I stayed in a Cheez Hospitality property for a month while living in Beirut for work. I have to say that Cheez Hospitality is the best company for short-term and long-term stays in Lebanon! I was so lucky to be introduced to Joe, Fadel, and Bashir who not only were professional but incredibly kind, generous, and friendly. As the COVID-19 pandemic was spreading throughout the country, they made an effort to check-in on me, connect on a personal level, and even share their food with me. I simply cannot forget the homemade Lebanese dishes cooked by their moms and will return to Lebanon to join them once again sometime soon. Forever grateful for the support, care, and professionalism, and I highly encourage anyone to stay in any of their incredible properties located in very central locations across the country.
