Carlo was excellent and very informative and we would recommend to anyone visiting Lake Como to book a tour with his company. Previously had book a semi private tour but the tour company cancelled the day before our trip. No harm as Carlo made the tour so enchanting we were glad the other tour was cancelled.

The driver met us at the Milan airport, inside the terminal, holding a sign with our name on it. We were transported in a Mercedes sedan to Bellagio. On our return trip, the driver met us at the hotel and drove us back to the airport. The drivers were professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this service.

Mr. Christian greeted us at the airport ready and waiting. He was kind enough to let me stand outside for a few moments. The car was lovely and had waters, tissues, and candy. Mr. Christian is a professional driver. Never worried about safety, just enjoyed the scenery. Was so happy to see Mr. Christian again for our return to Milan. Thank for the wonderful service, safety, and professionalism.
