We planned our own itinerary , so what was Most important for us was the guide. We interviewed quite a few former customers of different guides, and finally settled on Augustine. He got glowing recommendations from people who had been with him, and even so, he managed to exceed our expectations. He is immensely knowledgeable- not a single question we came up with, that he didn't know how to answer. He is totally honest and punctual. Whatever you agree on - is carried out to the letter. He is a great and careful driver. He is extremely friendly polite and nice. But the really impressive part is his concern for his clients wellbeing and pleasure. He takes enormous pains, with great interpersonal sensitivity, to see that you get maximum pleasure and experiences from your trip. We have been to numerous out of the way places, where we needed local guides/drivers, and have had some really good ones, but Augustine is in a league of his own.

I cannot rave enough about Patrick, the owner, and Benique, my guide, who accompanied me during most of my 10 day visit to Kigali in October. After the first tour I decided to add several other trips. It was an amazing experience and I had the wonderful opportunity to tour in the North, West, South and East. Both Patrick and Benique are extremely friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. They are a wealth of information and being with Benique on the road felt more like travelling with a friend than a guide. The tours are very profesionally organized and the hotels on the road a fantastic selection with amazing views. I cannot wait to come back! PS: Yambi Tours reinforced the great COVID 19 protocol in Rwanda and you feel very safe at all times.

We have booked 2 days Nyungwe National park with Excellent African safaris and we enjoyed our tour. Our guide picked up from Kigali in the morning after breakfast and he transferred us to Nyungwe National Park. We checked in at Nyungwe Top View Hotel then we went to Canopy walk way in the afternoon. The following day , we enjoyed to see Chimpanzee and Colobus monkeys. After we went to waterfalls in Kamiranzovu before coming back to Kigali. We appreciated to see chimps and monkeys as well as Canopy walk way. We highly recommend Excellent African safaris if you want a tour to Nyungwe National park.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He maintained a safe environment during COVID. This is a full day trip with a nice lunch and snacks along the way. Zero hassle and great door to door device.

We were able to customize an 11 day tour through western Uganda and Rwanda, and to say that it was spectacular is an understatement! From the moment we landed, we connected with our guides Sedrick and Ben, and in Rwanda, Godfry, and had a blast. We were able to see some of the most incredible species on this planet, getting up close and personal to chimpanzees and the legendary Gorillas of Bwindi. We were able to stay with local families and interact with the communities through which we traveled. Through all of this, our guides became our friends, talking to us about the culture and way of life of the people while playing cards and dancing. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Everything was well organized and they know what they are doing really. Even tho having different types of very fresh fruits in a open air market was such an amazing experience and special treat.... I loved that milk bar the most. The fermented milk????????. I will remember Rwand when ever drinking milk. Desie the guide is a wonderful host and easy to talk to and kept me there always making sure that I am enjoying the time. Thank you!!

We looked for a local, one-day tour that would show us Kigali. Countryside Tours was incredibly responsive to questions and flexible w planning, not to mention professional! They took extreme care w Covid restrictions and health precautions too. We were able to see sights and enjoy a comfortable day and tour... Highly recommend it!

We spent 12 Days in Rwanda and had organised in advance the tour through the country including Kigali, Akagera, Nyungwe and Volcanoes NP with Daniel N. Daniel was very professional, he replied always very fast to our emails and was absolutely flexible regarding wishes and changes to our tour and programme. Daniel provided us with an appropriate 4x4 car and all the necessary documents and permits for the National Parks, so that we avoided unnecessary discussions or procedures at the National Parks offices. Everything was perfectly organised and we didn't encounter any problems. If we needed to talk to Daniel during the tour he was always available on Whatsapp and replied reliably. Daniel is a really friendly, uncomplicated and flexible person. I highly recommend Vazques Tours and Travel to anyone interested in visiting Rwanda! Thank you so much for everything!
