Dan was very helpful when I called about bike rentals and when we arrived. The bikes we rented were new. I missed having a mirror though. The trail was not congested but there were some other riders, runners, and walkers. The trail was easy to ride, well maintained, and beautiful. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this to travelers going through Poughkeepsie for a bit of exercise and beautiful view.
